Features:

Feeding Unit
- Chain feeder.

Printing Unit
- Printing roller: The roller is made of thick steel board and its surface is plated hard chromium after it is grinded.
- Quick hanging forme device. And 360 degree adjustment.
- A switch is regulated by feet makes sure that the roller turn clockwise and anticlockwise. So it is convenient to load or unload the forme.
- A adjusting the clearances of feeding wheels and impressing roller manually and dial displays.
- A rubber roller: Adopting high quality steel pipe and is covered by imported anti-abrasion rubber.
- A regulating printing phase position is motorized by planetary gear system and dial displays.
- A manual transversal adjustment of the printing roller covers 20mm.
Slotting unit of ModelⅠ(Motorized)
- Regulating slotting phase in 360 degree with planetary gear system.
- Regulating back slotter is 360 degree with planetary gear system.
- Adjusting the clearances of slotting and creasing in line by motor.
- Thickness of the alloy steel slotter is 7mm.And the hackle blade can prolong it using life and keep perfect slotting effect.
- Optional equipment-the punching device.

- Regulating slotting phase is 360 degree with planetary gear system.
- The height of the carton and creasing clearance can be adjusted together manually.
- Thickness of the alloy steel slotter is 7mm. And the hackle blade can prolong its using life and keep perfect slotting effect.
