APS V Computerized Vacuum Feeding Flexo Printing Slotting Die Cutting Machine

Feeding Unit：

Lead feeding system with four-shaft-structure is controlled by the servo motor, which is imported from Germany（Optional equipment— kick feeding）.
Machine unit open or close is motorized controlled with alarm, pneumatic inter lock, over load protection.
Lead feed system with four-shaft structure and frequency converter control the suction to make sure feeding accurately and stably.
Double feeding rollers device can ensure the best stabilization in feeding.
Dusting device adopts synchronous lifting structure（the wind section can adjust accordingly）to make sure dusting function more perfect.
Quick changing feeding roll device is convenient for maintenance.
Double layer rubbers of the feeding roller（ its inside is soft and outside is hardness）protect the strength of corrugated board.

Printing Unit：

Regulating printing phase position is frequency adjusted precisely and fast by planetary gear system.
Anilox roller and rubber roller are adjusted by pneumatic control system , which adjusts quickly and the distributes the ink with better efficiency.
Roll-locking device is easy to located the flexo-plates and lock it on both side.
The circumferential auto-reset is controlled cycle washing system to save ink.
The tight vacuum suction wheel feeding system, adjust the air volume in accordance with the size of the board and promise the stability of feeding and printing. Every unit is equipped with an independent fan.

Slotting Unit：

Transversal movement of slotting knife, pre-pressing wheel and creasing wheel are controlled computer and motorized; able to store order.
The structure of regulating slotting phase is planetary gear system.
It can reset electrically with 360 degree adjustment(no matter running or stopping)
Balance adjustment can enhance the stability of the machine.
Pre-pressing wheel: after pre-pressing, cardboard can’t be damaged.
Upper creasing wheel is covered with polyurethane rubber to prevent from damaging cardboard.
Thickness of the alloy slotting knife is 7mm.The knife is heated and grinded high precisely, and the blade is sharp.

Die-Cutting Unit：

The circumferential position is controlled by both computer and motorized and digital display.
Die cutting pressure gap is motorized adjusted with digital display.
Auto displacement control device adjusts anvil roll, it can prolong usage time of anvil roll.
Replaceable rubber anvil equips with good wear-ability, it is easy to replace operation.
The speed difference compensation system ensure die cutting precisely.
Anvil roll repair device is convenient to prolong usage time of anvil roll and reduce consumption.
