Feeding Unit:

 

• Lead feeding system with four-shaft-structure is controlled by servo, imported from Germany
• （Optional equipment— kick feeder）.
• The vacuum suction system. The air volume can be set in accordance with different paperboard bending. conditions so as to feed paper smoothly.
• Double feeding rollers device can ensure the best stabilization in feeding.
• Use the Speed Motor Control Feeding (Optional inverter control)
• The main motor activates the protection device. If the unit is not locked, the main motor can not start.
• The clearance of feeding roller is regulated by hand and the scope is 0-11mm.
• Automatic zero setting and reset.

 

Printing Unit:

 

• Feeding wheel moves quickly.
• The quick hanging forme device can save more time. And 360 degree adjustment. And automatic reset.
• A switch regulated by feet makes sure the roller turn clockwise and anticlockwise. So it is convenient to load and unload the forme.
• Steel net roller，（Optional equipment— ceramic net roller）
• Anilox roller and rubber roller is adjusted by pneumatic control system.
• Regulating printing phase position is motorized by planetary gear system and text display.
• Pneumatic extension brake system.

 

Slotting Unit

 

• The height of the carton is adjusted by motor, digital display.
• The slotting clearance and the creasing clearance are adjusted synchronously by motor.
• Phase position is regulated by motorized planetary gear.
• Pre-creasing tool is covered with high quality rubber to prevent crushing board.
• Auto zero return.
